Julian Assange oprichter Wikileaks legt uit wat de bedoeling is van de 90.000 geheime documenten betreffende de oorlog in Afghanistan, door Wikileaks in omloop gebracht, die het licht (nog) niet mochten aanschouwen.

Jogy, er hoort tenminste 1 geval bij met Nederlandse militairen en 11 burgerdoden of daaromtrent. Het ging in het begin al mis toen er een hellfire raket werd afgeschoten op een samenkomst van Afghanen met witte tulbanden. “Wit, de kleur van de heilige jihad” zei men toen.
Wat de Amerikanen betreft, dit was al zo’n beetje bekend van soldaten met PTSD die allerlei dingen gingen bekennen in verhoren met politie…
“We were trigger happy”, beluister die jongens maar eens.
“The wounded platoon” part 4 “In Iraq, you have to be numb” etc.
